I stayed within my calorie budget yesterday for the fourth time since February 26th.
You can actually lose weight!
Keep doing so and taking 2 walks daily!
2
I had 2904 mg of sodium yesterday, which is in my new range.
Feeling better too.
Keep testing the range.
3
I walked the hallway yesterday twice.
Endurance, strength
Consider doing the stairway too.
4
My husband and I have had 19 devotionals together since February first, including yesterday, and he has done it with me every day I have asked.
Spirituality, Relationship
Ask him every day.
5
My husband has done his walk (with my encouragement) every day since February 23rd–8 days.  That is just since I have been tracking it with JV Life Tracker.  He started a few days before.
Relationship, Fitness
Keep up the great work, both of you!  Let him know.

Afternoon

Today it has snowed, and it has been very cold.   It is already 3:36 PM. Instead of walking in the hall today, I walked inside the condo.  I got over two miles, so it worked out okay.

Monday Morning

Today, it is still very cold.  Schools are opening later or closing altogether.

If you would like to join me in this journey from the beginning, please start with Day One.
