I am getting near Day 110. Unfortunately, last night I gained some weight. However, I know what to do to reverse that.
Instead of getting treats for Christmas, my husband and I bought a fresh, holiday, floral arrangement. I will show you a photo of it after it arrives.
I called my friend, Jacque, this morning. We had an extended conversation. She reminded me of why she likes to memorize scripture.

My scores have soared since two weeks ago. I earned four scores over 300 points!

This morning I made a green drink with cucumber and some parsley as well as kale and spinach. It tasted even better than usual.

Notice that it has almost 2400 mg of potassium! Potassium is critical for our health, and we often do not get enough. Getting a wallop of it in one meal sets the rest of the day up right. This recipe is rich in almost everything. Take a look at the nutrient facts:
Notice the sizeable amount of omega-3, especially compared to the amount of omega-6. I challenge you to do better with a breakfast of cereal, eggs, and toast!
The green drink makes you feel joyfully vibrant. If it does not at first, persist, and it will.
