Joyful Vibrance is Celebrating 5 Years of Accomplishments

Joyful Vibrance LLC is celebrating 5 Years of accomplishments with a soon-to-be-released book.

My 56th birthday passed this past month. Here I am, visiting my dad: Stanley Morrill. This Thanksgiving Day season, I am grateful I am still joyful and vibrant, with a youthful look.

 

Accomplishments

We are gratefully reflecting on our accomplishments of the past five years.  We encourage you to joyfully review and list your accomplishments as well.
 
In the past five years we have:
  1. lost a few pounds.
  1. published KaeLyn’s Korner Kitchen: Complete Meals for the Healthy-Minded.
  1. received a certified health coach certificate from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
  1. received a certificate from the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.
  1. founded Joyful Vibrance LLC.
  1. completed the requirements for the Competent Communicator and Competent Leader certificates from Toastmasters.
  1. published a novel set in the 1990’s: Scarlet Night.
  1. studied Jack Canfield’s book Coaching for Breakthrough Success.
  1. designed, programmed, and published an Android app JV Life Tracker, a.k.a. Joyful Vibrance Life Tracker, on Google Play.
  1. consistently used JV Life Tracker daily to track activities and build consistency and persistence.
  1. used Goalscape to break down and achieve goals.
  1. successfully used MyFitnessPal and Cronometer diet diaries.
  1. successfully used the Woebot app to improve mood and energy though cognitive behavior therapy.
  1. started this blog: www.joyfulvibrance.com.
  1. vacationed in California, Mexico, and Hawaii.
  2. purchased a cherry red Cadillac with a sun roof.
 

New Book!

We’re almost ready to publish a book called, Joyful Vibrance: Transform Your Body Image, Energy, and Mood! It is Possible!
 
 

Just a Beginning

Then again, this is just a beginning. We also set some targeted goals for helping you achieve joyful vibrance in the coming years. Though nutrition is key to weight loss, the benefits of good nutrition go far beyond weight loss. Equally important are the goals of improving mood and energy. Vibrant mood and energy greatly enhance our lives. While improving your mood and energy, you will not only lose weight, (if needed), you will also reduce the risk of serious chronic diseases.
 

Food Supplements

Weighing the pros and cons of using food supplements, I think it is important to get as much nutrition as you can from food. But I believe at the same time that the current food supply does not adequately provide us with the optimum amount of nutrition for every nutrient. So a knowledge of food supplements is also important.  The book Joyful Vibrance will help you choose food supplements that support your mood and energy.
 

Goals

Here are some of our goals for the next eleven years:
  • Be joyfully vibrant ourselves.
  • Share Joyful Vibrance: Transform Your Body Image, Energy, and Mood! It is Possible! with as many people as possible.
  • Write at least four sequels in the Joyful Vibrance series and share these books widely as well.
  • Become thought leaders by practicing the six high performance habits explained by Brendon Burchard in High Performance Habits: clarity, courage, productivity, influence, necessity, and energy!
  • Customize and promote a dating app to become Joyful Vibrance Net to match health and fitness buddies.
  • Enhance JV Life Tracker to produce multiple apps for multiple related applications.
  • Write a blog post every 10 days for www.joyfulvibrance.com.
  • Learn to play the piano softly.
    ‘Piano’ means soft after all.
